itehache✭✭✭✭I am having the "enemies not dying at 0 health" problem too. It takes them about 1-2 seconds to realise they died
I do not think those are a true issue for the timed runs though.
Edited to add that I play in PC EU, most of the comments appear to be from Xbox NA but all my guildies are also having this problem.Edited by itehache on September 1, 2017 6:23PM1 -

✭LOL Its cause all our dps is so high that the mobs don't realize that they died. ZoS nerf us again obviously the mobs can't handle the power creep.-Immortal Redeemer-

Same Platform and Server, as well as to the same issues with enemies not dying, as well as myself not dying. Even when I have 0 health left, takes least 6 seconds at most. Eddyble✭✭✭✭As many stated, Xbox NA, new dungeons quite laggy and not synched. Also, enemies not realizing they're dead. My experiences through both dungeons was like this multiple times. jcaceresw✭✭✭✭✭PC/NA everytime I killed any enemy or my chasers left the pursuing me it takes a loooooooooong time before I can interact with anything else in the world (door, resource nodes) because the system thinks I am still on battle. Also, I am about to interact with a resource node or chest and suddenly I lost the prompt action. I see on my character sheet that I am in combat even when I am all alone and haven't been in a battle for long time.
This is not a gamebreaking bug but it's getting tiresome. @ZOS_GinaBruno please tell the devs to fix it. This issue happened since HOTR patch.1 -

A lot of people reporting in Cyrodiil that they're dying and still running around for 5 seconds, and not just from snipe spams and very prevalent.
