    Hew's Bane definitely, I love that place. It's warm, the Arabic structure rules, there's enough water to drink and grow my crops and daaaamn Abah's Watch guards are hardcore so they will keep me safe.

    Edit: I go t a fully furnished place in Sentinel so that would also be fine by me.

    First choice would be Malabal Tor. Most of Valenwood is lovely but MT especially so.

    Second choice would be Bal Foyen or Stonefalls. For being very reminiscent of Morrowind.
