Okay so did some checking. My sub is on auto renewal and set to hit september 1st, but it says next payment due september 28th. It is acting like it is paid but I checked my credit card and does not show it is deducted yet. There is a problem with the activation awaiting payment for some reason. This should not affect the grace period between one month ending and the next month beginning. I know a lot of other people have had this issue. Zos you need to look into this and have microsoft fix this problem. Basically it is pending a payment and doesn't even look like microsoft even charged me on my auto renewal. Not sure what is going on. The money is in my account. Didn't have this problem until 4th of july weekend and then this c**p started. Going to turn of my auto and just manually pay every month from now on. Got my crowns though which is weird. Never ever have problems like this with any other game. I am on xbox one. Oh yeah and why are they charging me at 28 days instead of 30?
