Purchased crowns that never came

Purchased 5500 crowns from eso on Friday, and I have gotten multiple messages from multiple people, getting the run around from them. I just want the 5500 crowns that I purchased...I will not be purchasing anymore from them in the future.

I bought 3000 crowns yesterday, before the sale finished and haven't received them yet, but the payment was indeed processed the very moment of the purchase. So your faulty system only works for your convenience, ZoS?

Ugh same...they took the gift card balance right away but I'm still stuck waiting for the 5500 crowns that I purchased

I'm on pc and had the same problem. I got the crowns pack and it never showed up in game. I waited after 12hours without seeing any crowns, contacted support. Got reply that said to wait for 24-48 hours from time of purchase. Ok I waited and nothing, contacted support again, got a response saying we have you an incorrect time frame wait for 72hours from the time of purchase.... and nothing. At this point i write another email and what I get is a response saying that they transfering my issue to a specialist, please wait they will contact you as soon as possible... They never did but I got my crowns 6 Days after I had initially purchased them. So yep problem solved, just takes far too long.

I bought crowns via Steam and had to wait for almost 5 days until my credit card was charged.
And then I received only 50 instead of 750 crowns! What a shoddy billing system.

Well, back to writing tickets.

Update: Resolved at last.

I replied to the automatic email, giving my bank transaction number, exact date and time of transaction and order number, twenty minutes later I got a response and my crowns.

I finally got them!!! The specialist sent me an email and sure enough, they were in a little while later!!! Very happy!!!!

I bought three stacks of 5500 during sale and received with no problem. Today though my sub won't activate....ugh sometimes I really hate this game .

definitely has some frustrating things, but as a whole I must say it is probably the best game I have ever played!! I hope everything is working better for you!!
