Last night while running Falreath, someone was making callouts that didn't correlate to what was happening. Fixed the issue by that player re-logging. Then after wiping, another player kept agro-ing the boss but was insistent that he was not standing by the boss but by the door.... relog. Then on final boss it would seem to to keep happening. Not sure if it was incredible lag or if we kept finding ourselves in different instances.
