How/Where does Horns of the Reach start?

I have ESO Plus. I assume I don't have to buy it in the crown store. How do I start this DLC? There's nothing in my mailbox. There's no invitation. No NPC has approached me. So, is my game bugged or where do I find my entry into Horns?

Nermy✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, awesome. I read that. I actually did a google search and came up dry... guess I was making a faulty assumption. So, it's just dungeons we fast travel to?
I'll need to wait for clockwork city for something that is more playable solo?
