Reconsider the content policy on satire and parody. Satire is one of the oldest forms of criticism, and having a policy of deliberately deleting arguments employing satire while keeping angry rants seems to discourage intelligence and encourage emotional outbursts and mindless rage.

@Tandor Had this happen on my IE 11 and if I just refresh it all comes through ok. Not sure if this will work for you also and do know that there needs to be a better fix.

Not sure if it was mentioned already, but I feel like polls kind of miss their point entirely if other forum threads just push them off the front page simply because people reply more on those. A poll is a poll, not a stage where everyone puts an additional explanation to their vote.

It would be cool if the first three threads could be trending polls of that forum in addition to having a display-only-polls (or questions) function.

No, read my post again and very carefully. Also, there's no search in titles feature whatsoever.

The advanced search function includes the ability to search for something in titles. You put your search object in the title box only and hit the search button. If that's not what you're looking for then you need to clarify what exactly you're referring to because that does seem to me to be a "search in titles feature". You can also set the date parameters and the search results will appear in date order. Note that this is after accessing the advanced search function.

I have never found forum search engines that actually work. Your best bet is go to google and type "eso forums" then what you are looking for.

As long as it does not contain religion or politics. These topics can create a toxicity beyond measure.

Then they'd get locked? Threads contain toxicity anywhere no matter what it is. It's also already on the forums

How dare a community share their common interests with one another instead of having their posts removed for being "off topic" or "serving no relevance" as we see in every other thread these days.

I've noticed in recent days that once I've posted a reply on the forum the draft doesn't always disappear. It has to be manually removed using the cog.

Incidentally, I would love a "Clear" or "Delete" button below the draft comment alongside "Post reply", "Save draft", and "Preview".

The two more evident flaws compared to other gaming and non-gaming forums, the ones I first noticed:

- Going off topic (even considerably) is not a problem, it seems a common pattern around here.

- Lot of discussions are not opened in the right section and seldom they are moved, combat and skills should be discussed in that section, everything related to the store in the store one etc., there are dedicated sections for a reason.
Those sections have secondary relevance on this Forum since no one enforces the rule by closing the threads in order to make the point very clear.

Well, they put the Participated button on the navigation bar but overall performance is still woeful. Slow, jerky and most of the time there's no scroll bar. All round it's a pathetic effort. Whatever the old forum's faults it worked.

When I create a poll (on Iphone) anything I type before clicking "add another poll option" the first time gets erased and I have to type it again ...
