✭✭✭✭It was not buffed in the end. Not only that but Shadow mundus was nerfed and the critical chance bonus on gear was buffed less than the intermediate patches suggested. People got really pissed about these last minute changes because they didn't get the time to test them in PTS. It turned out less balanced in the end but still much better in terms of weapon traits and mundus than before the patch.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break
