So, friends, people i've killed and random people just whispering me out of the blue have been asking me what gear i run now days on my stamplar, and ive got tiered of listing all the sets and reasoning etc for each person so here it is. this is no way the best build to run, but it works for me and its my setup which people have been asking about. as seen in the screen shots, its 4.2k weap dmg with 2.5k recovery and 35k stam which are solid stats, even when u run blood spawn or any other undaunted set.
It's a S/B setup with 2h back bar but you can easily run DW if u with too for this but imo it works better as S/B, for my play style as i dont like DW. Reminds me too much of PVE.
It is called reckless because i run
MOLAG KENA x 2 to give me dmg when i need it, normally being when i need to heal up fast or going to burst the enemy down, i do not keep it up at all times, only when i need the 500 weap dmg. ---- t
his works for me but less experienced stamplars may not find it as easy to work this way due to sustain and cost increases.
My jabs end up being 1.6k and even higher if i have a friend using combat prayer for minor beserk and a 19k vigor tool tip. If you choose to run blood spawn you may want to run warrior mundus and i often run blood spawn x2 and warrior when i am in no cp groups and ritual when solo in Cyro CP. I change depending on situation.
But i predominantly run SERPENT MUNDUSGear
I run 5 heavy with 2 medium
The
bone pirate pieces (arms and belt, you need them to be small parts for max resistances)
Willow's path pieces are chest, legs and boots for me and Sword, Shield and Axe.
But if you are NOT ORC like I am, you may want to go 5/1/1 for more health.
buffed stats with kena.
buffed stats with blood spawn
Enchants/Traits
MAX STAMINA on ALL IMPEN ARMOUR PIECES - But personally i have a chest and legs with healthy enchants as well as stamina so i can change my max health pool with ease depending on what i am doing, in CP i tend to run 1 or 2 of the healthy bits depending on the map situation and how outnumbered i am. In No CP it is similar, but i tend to run 1 healthy bit so i get 21k health and 32k max stamina. In BGs i change depending on Mode and If i have a group of friends who can support me or pugs, but i generally tend to run both healthy bits unless i have a healer with me.
INCREASE WEAP DMG enchant on my 1h NIRN sword
REDUCE ENEMY WEAP DMG on my INFUSED 2h AXE
I like this setup personally because i can heavily reduce enemy damage and healing with my skill setup while i have over 4k damage my self.
Bar setup
SOLO

Repent on the 5x WP front bar stacks really nice regen stats
Reverb to cc and apply major defile
Heroic for minor maim and ult gen
Jabs
Vigor on front bar because of nirn 1h for max healing and to avoid bar swap lag
DBOS more dmg and nicer to weave
POL for ult gen and burst
Total dark to counter Mag ranged enemies and annoying snipe spammers.
RUNE for regen can be dropped for a gap closer if you need it or shuffle, I dont run it because of cost and dont like the dodge chance rng personally.
Cleanse
Rally, no need for shuffle or momentum because of cleanse
Bats for oh crap heal and diving into big groups.
Group

Guard not only gives an ally more survivability but i get more mag recovery which scales with WP and minor force which makes my crit dmg do 20% more as templars have a passive to increase crit dmg already.
In group i run remembrance because as well as DBOS so i have an AOE cc and an AOE mass heal depending on what is happening to group.
I keep total dark to stop snipe spammers and mag users from hitting us hard from range in towers and LOS-ing.
CPspersonally i view cp as a personal setup that works for each person individually but my setup is as follows.RED TREE
37 iron clad/62 resistant/23 thick skinned/49 hardy and elemental defender
GREEN TREE
48 warlord/64 mooncal/64 tenacity/44 tumbling
BLUE TREE
23 blessed/51 master at arms/75 mighty 20 thurma/51 precise strikes
Feel free to comment away and say what ever you feel about this build and like many others, im "crazy" to run kena x2 but it works for me and i like it.
