Extremely Slow Download on xbox for Horns of The Reach update

Hello,
I have been trying to download the newest update since 8:00 pm EST and am currently at 26% 2 hours later. Is this normal? I have been playing ESO since 2015 and can't remember any previous updates taking this long. I have cable internet that is crazy fast normally. Not an expert by any stretch, but have never had any issues downloading any ESO updates. Anyone else experiencing this? If so, is there a remedy or am I stuck downloading this all night? Thanks!

Ya it's pretty irritating specially if you don't have any room for the update I have the base game at over 100gb now pretty sure I'm done with it for now *** has gotten way out of hand0 -
Kyye✭✭✭Don't worry. I gave up downloading it for the day. It would just stop on its own and I had to baby sit it. After having to hard reset my Xbox to get the download to start I just left it off for good.

I run google fiber itonly took about 20 mins or so to download the 30G dlc0 -

✭I spent the day yesterday in a flat bottom boat pulling people out of flooded homes here in Houston. Try not to let the download of a DLC, which happens once in a while, scar you too awful much.Esse quam videri.2
