Is this bugged? Seems like it works only every 3rd or 4th cast. I use it and either only one enemy in the mob is effected or all of them or none of them. None of them being most of the time. No animation and the mob keeps running at me.

Flying things will not be pinned down, but should still take the burning/choking effect.Playing since beta...0 -

No specific mobs to speak of. New to the build so basically just ranfom mobs testing.
But I will say that those same mobs display the same symptoms. Some times it works, some times it doesn't.
Latest mobs were by that place in Wayrest.....Pirth?
