VMA weekly rewards Ps4 NA issue

So I'm collecting my rewards this morning on the 4 toons that I made weekly leaderboards with, and I get to the last toon. The reward says infused vma lightning stave! So happy. Pull it out and it turns into decisive. @ZOS_GinaBruno can I get some help please? I did submit a ticket, but there wasn't an option to type anywhere :(
PC: CP 1200+ DroDest, Bringer of light
PS4: CP 1500+ Dro Dest, SoTN, Bringer of light, CragHMs, EoF, IR, TTT
Xbox: CP 450 Fungal Grotto 1 HM

    Yeah something is definitely off with the weekly reward system. Where did you submit your ticket?

    Unfortunately unless there is proof this happened(Screenshot or something recorded on their system), in ZoS eyes they could read;

    "I didn't get the staff I wanted, please give me the staff, something wrong with the system because it is not giving me what I wanted"

    That is just speculation though. Best bet is log a ticket with ZoS..

    I submitted it through the game. There wasn't a viable option specific enough for the ticket though. I really won't be surprised if I get ignored by zos. It will unfortunately give me even more reason to quit playing their product.

    Funny that you lose your infused lightning staff due to a "bug" right when it becomes BiS. Makes you wonder ;)

    It is convenient to say that, maybe you were just seeing infused but in reality was decisive. Glad vma blessed me with infused inferno and lightning staff and also have a nirnhoned lightning staff sitting around to test as well.

    My biggest issue is that when you take the time to put multiple scores on the board during the week and then come the end of the week you get the same defending lightning staff on multiple toons.

    I've got one of each of all the traits in gold for every vma weapon. So no, it a PITA to say it and have zero response from the devs. I'm moving on soon because this game is dying anyway.

    Yeah I agree. I wish I would have saved the video, it was just super early and I had just woke up. I hope they actually get in touch with me.
