A toggle for viewing other players active effects instead of them being outright disabled

I would like this. Its weird not seeing certain effects from groupmates in Dungeons and Trials.

I've been thinking about this today. Besides losing something nice to look at, being unable to see ground effects is making it harder for my partner and I to coordinate certain moves. The animations were useful visual cues.

This is the ZOS we've been familiar with. Always go from one extreme to another, never a middle ground. I personally hate the lack of options.

Synergy skills are visible.

It's persistent damaging moves that are hidden. For example my Warden's got that Winter's Embrace move that uses ice spikes to immobilize things; my partner can't tell when I use it unless I call it in voice chat when I cast. Meanwhile I can't see their Wall of Flames, so I can't tell if I'm keeping enemies on top of their persistent ground AoEs or leading them away. And so on.
