FPS Decreases Over Time

When I first log into the game I receive a constant 60 fps(with vsync on), but about 30-40 minutes into playing my fps will decrease to around 30-40 fps. I have tried the troubleshooting options from previous posts about this issue but nothing has worked.

✭✭✭✭✭You may be impacted by the 30-50% DPS drop bug introduced in ESO 2.2. It doesn't impact all players, but those who are have noticed it is particularly bad in 3.1.
