Skins to hide vampirism

I have recently seen a build video of a Vampire that, however, looked like a normal non-vamp char (no ugly white face!)
Now, it wasn't the ruins of Mazzatun's skin (the one with the yellow stuff splattered on). It just looked like an ordinary non-vamp char. Is there a skin I am not aware of?

Here is the video in question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUsqlgx1qWw

I think it's a bug. I've had this happen before. Not sure what caused it.

Quest disguises hide every cosmetic change you equipped from body markings and face markings to accessories and yes, even vampirism.

But in the video it's still showing the body markings on her arms (golden). In any case, what that character is wearing doesn't look like a disguise

I'll check out the video when I'm off work. The disguise only hides changed markings. Ie, if I buy the crown hair style and equip it, my original hair is displayed. Same for ink and accessories.

Yeah, the gold body markings are, probably, the character's "true" skin markings. You can even see the disguise in his equipment screen.

That is the Crown Dishdasha disguise, given from a quest in Alik'r Desert. You can see it here:

    http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Disguises#Crown_Dishdasha

    And all disguises here:

    http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Disguises

I personally use the Courier Uniform to cover my vampire's awful skin.

Note: If you do want to use a disguise to hide vampirism, be careful as they will disappear if you wear them in the quest area and get hit by an enemy. I collect all of the somewhat attractive disguises and tend to change them if I'm questing in the disguise zone, so that I will not lose it.

That would be the either the Forebear outfit or the Crown Dishdasha(whatever) from Bergama in Alik'r zone quests.

I imagine that any skin option could cover the vampire ugliness also, right? I would use either the Mind Shriven Skin or the Dro-m'athra or the Ebony Epidermis.
Polymorphs most definitely hide the vampire look also.

Personally, I kinda wish, we could get all five stages as cosmetic skins in the collections tab and pick off the menu, but... you know.

I just want know why someone says vampire's skin is ugly? Stage 4 skin is ugly, so be in stage 1 then. You can always use armors, which hide your whole skin. I personally don't have problem with skin, because vampires needs white skin. You aren't vampire without white/gray skin.

I actually like Stage 1 for some characters.

The problem is that the passives activate based on your stage. At stage 1, nearly all of your passives are disabled. (You can still stun on feeding and you can infect others, but that's it). For a "master" vampire, you'll gain stamina and magicka regen at stage 2, damage mitigation at stage 3, and increased stealth speed at stage 4. This means, depending on what you want, you need to be in a higher stage. Usually at least Stage 2. But, Stage 4 is pretty frequently a must.

As it stands right now, Stage 1 is purely cosmetic, except for the active abilities. There are no bonuses or penalties at all for a Stage 1 vampire.
