Hired Help

Bowdowntogreatness
I wish ESO would incorporate a system where you can hire different classes to fight along side of you. So games have this option it's worth it when your out on ur own fighting bosses or exploring. Other games allow you to get hired help for 35 mins or so which would make a big difference in the gaming world. What arr your thoughts ?

I think you should join a guild where players will help you.
Even on the internet, clear communication is important; it can be the difference between "helping your Uncle Jack off a horse" and "helping your uncle jack off a horse"; the difference between "knowing your s***" and "knowing you're s***".

As noted a guild would be of big help in this regard; sometimes you can find great people to help in zone. I like this idea simply from the perspective that there is a precedence for it in prior Elder Scrolls titles like Skyrim. Also, regarding the difficulty of PvE as noted in some of the responses, I would like to see some tweeking to make things more difficult.
    Baskin Robbins always finds out.

@rootimus Sometimes bro it's best to keep silent all the extra variations you added was unecessary. My player is more than capable that wasn't the point of me suggesting this. My Piont was I though it would be a kool feature to have added to the game and everyone knows just being apart of a guild is not the answer. The guild system is broken and is constantly a topic of ducussion on these threads. Thanks for your attempt to shade me it was a cute little attempt though.

Of course being in a guild isn't enough on its own. You have to be capable of making and holding friendships too, and this might be part of why you're asking for mindless player clones.

Sounds like dialogue isn't your forte.

It's most likely not going to happen.

I think it could be an interesting idea, but it's unlikely to happen because ZOS want to encourage us to play with other players. (And if they did add it you can guarentee they'd put it in the crown store - 10,000 crowns for each class.)

Maybe we need to bring back the unofficial and entirely player-run hired help service from Ultima Online. People would go into the major towns and sell their time (usually with a price per minute or 10 minutes and an upper limit of however long they could be online and a summary of what they could do) and for the duration of that time they would do whatever you wanted. You could hire a cheap low-level player to protect you while you gathered crafting materials and to carry the excess materials for you, or a higher level player to help you with a dungeon.

Being UO people would buy time for all kinds of other things too - help writing fanfic, decorating their house, 'actors' for screenshots they were taking and pretty much anything else you could imagine getting someone to do in a game. (Yes, even that.)

It was fun and a good way to earn some money potentially doing something different from your usual activities.
