One of my Chars had a sex change on the PTS (not to be mistaken for the NHS) a week ago and it worked just fine there. It was the "snip" no less (ugh - painful) a full body resculpt and a facelift to boot.

He was an ugly brute before and had to be kept under lock-and-key for his own safety.

I am pleased to report that there were no adverse side affects and he (now she) is recovering splendidly - a whole new lease of life and freedom! We can venture out in Tamriel without fear of being shot at. In fact, a rather handsome young warrior tried to chat him up whilst he/she was fishing. Would you credit it?
