Is it possible you spouted this line into game chat as well, and not just on these forums?

I'm not saying there are no gold farmers... It's how you manage to turn that into an ethnic slur that raises my hackles...

That said... given what you actually do claim to have posted... I'm glad they're social-banning you even if you hadn't made the racial comment. I do wish that the people who are making more overt racist comments in game chat would also get disciplined. Those folks... I'd say should get an account ban.

they had a documentary on tv about this a while back. in china its big business. they get live-in gold farmers with upto 6 i think it was monitors each and its all they do. usually uni age kids or lower. its a career.

Just, quick math check. Let's knock 8 hours off that number... (you'll see why in a second)... so... 7,992 hours comes out at 333 days game time.

Okay. So, the last year was a leap year. So, the last two years are 731 days combined. Meaning you've spent an average of 10 hours, and 56 minutes every day, in game, in the last two years.

Dude, it's time to take the weekend off.

Also, past tense of "grind," is "ground," not, "grinded." Which is why, "grinded," has that funny red squiggly line under it.

But what's not funny is that I got social banned for this, yet there are other players in chat (Cyrodiil especially) telling others to kill themselves, players using derogatory terms, Chinese farmers advertising their gold website, or people that spam link their inventory of items for sale.

When you spam nonsense like that what would you expect?

People didn't even attempt reading this gibberish and just assumed it was another Chinese gold spammer..

I would have reported it also without a second thought and moved on.
