Are zone maps server side or client side?

Just wondering where zone maps are stored I'm looking into if it would make a huge difference if I installed the game on a ssd drive for load times or leave it on a sata hard drive.

static_recharge✭✭✭✭All textures, game objects and anything that needs rendering would be stored on your local drive. The server just stores info like where all the characters are, inventory info, combat interactions. Things like that. Have in be an SSD would help for some of the loading issues no question.5
