✭Looks like after Morrowind, they are putting houses into DLC locations, so maybe Orsinium will be next.PC/EU0 -
MAEK✭✭✭✭There's the one north of Kvatch (crowns only). There's Hakkvild's High Hall, which comes/came with HotR, availible for gold if you've completed both of the dungeons (not sure if you need to have completed hard mode or not). And there's the house previously know as the Cozy Fenside Cottage (the name was changed, but it's near Aldcroft in Glenumbra I think). You need to have completed all Witch's Festival achievments to buy it, and I think it'll be availible when the Witch's Festival comes, if it isn't already availible.

A Coldharbour House has also been data-mined but hasn't been added to PTS yet.
There is also a witch's hut which will be coming out for Halloween (it's also on the PTS). This one you can buy with gold:
