Just Wondering... Are quests effected by character type???

When I was doing a dark brotherhood quest a quest character commented on the fact my character was a vampire. How many quests are affected by this and what other things effect the quest dialogue, like race, or other factors? :/

    Ooh, plenty. There are some differences in dialogue depending on race when you play Auridon for example. Veiled Heritance members and their sympathizers are racist to non-Altmer characters, and will initially assume that your Altmer characters agree with them. This mostly doesn't affect quest outcome itself, it just changes the lines people say to you.

    If I recall right though, there are Wrothgar quests that can go very differently if you are actually an Orc.

    I noticed some dialogue differences when I did Orsinium as an Orc, versus when I did it as a human.
    Sometimes there's no difference in the dialogue, but I love it when there is.

    I haven't done this, but now you've made me want to. Unfortunately, I just turned my only Argonian into a Nord. LOL.
