The Sergeant set and dual wield heavy attacks.

So I was doing some testing recently and I've noticed when looking through damage logs, that the "Heavy Attack (offhand)" damage was not being increased by the 5th item set bonus, (approximately 1600). But I'm not actually sure if its a bug or if it is working as intended. Would like some clarification for this

Toast_STS✭✭✭✭It has never worked like that for dual wield. It would add 3200 to each heavy attack if it buffed both. But once upon a time a lightning heavy would get 4X damage to each full heavy and they reduced it to 1. So I don't think it's a bug.VR14 DK Leaps-in-keeps0 -
