Though I'd take the Barber Shop preview (though I'd always wished they'd actually be a physical Style Parlor / Barber in the game world instead of just tokens but that's another issue) I think the timer would be better. It would allow you to then check your character out in a variety of lighting conditions, environments, costumes, etc. Basically covering all of the first three poll options in one.
