Hi, I'm trying to find out information regarding my suspension as my ticket/email I received gave me no real information other than it being a thing. I have no idea how long or why I was suspended and the ticket I placed to appeal it has not changed in the last 48+ hours. Some information from a gm would be nice

What we suggest is to reply to the ticket asking for more information regarding your suspension. Any inquiry regarding your account needs to be handled through customer support. We are closing this thread as there is nothing we can do through the forums.0
