Heritance Proving Grounds is bugged again

Last night I killed Anarume twice (once solo and once with another player) and didn't get the achievement. I even made sure to stay in the dead center of the proving grounds to make sure we stayed in the borders. Burned through 3 crown fortifying meals to kill him...

The rub is that this is the last boss I have in the main game. I saved a good one for last...

Any idea if/when this will be fixed?

This is coming from Aug 2017. Still bugged. Those in my party didn't get the completion after multiple attempts too zzz. Loots were dropped just not the achievement and it still shows as uncleared on the map.
