The Vestige gets their Soul back after the end of the Main Quest when Meridia recovers it for you. Besides, sexual reproduction is biological, not spiritual.

Paragon Soul Shriven (aka vestiges) aren't corpses per se, their bodies are made of azure plasm, which is the same material that dremoras and other daedras are made of, when they "die" they reconstruct themselves.

Their azure-plasm bodies are perfect replicas of their former bodies when they were alive, and they're capable to reproduce their biological functions too, we see them enjoying a meal, getting drunk, maybe sleeping (if you use the emote), flinching when get hurt, scratching their heads, sweating, puking even.

Now, one thing is being able and another is having the need. They cannot starve to death since they are already dead, and since they're everlasting now they don't have to leave offspring, so maybe it's more a matter of pleasure than need.

Personally, I imagine that my Vestige never has the urge to eat, drink or have sex and can live happily without them, but he's capable to have a couple of drinks or snacks with his fellas or sleep with his partner to satisfy them.
