Spell critical not adding

Just bringing to attention an issue I had noticed with my spell critical
On Xbox
Gear: 648 × 2 = 6.18
Mundas stone= 14.3 with 4 divine pieces
Light armor pass= 10.4
Champion pnt pass= 12
Base spell crit = 10
Equals. = 52.88%
My character is only showing 35.1%
This is all calculated with 648 = 3.09. Also went over my set up with another MAGSORC wearing exact same gear, passives and champ points.
Hoping a developer can help me out

On Xbox

Reorx_Holybeard✭✭✭✭✭It should be 2190 = 10%, or 648 = 3% (2.96%), but that still doesn't add up correctly. I would "get naked", log out, log back in , and then equip one piece at a time while verifying the spell critical stat. Make sure you've done the obvious things like confirm you have the CP passive enabled, are actually wearing x5 light armor pieces, actually have the Mundus Thief buff, etc...
If you can confirm an issue I would screenshot each step taken above and post in the bug forum for more help.Reorx Holybeard -- NA/PC

I don't the reset in champ points, gear, passives etc.
And it after I check my stats. It's still at 35.1
