Ive lost 120 rubedo leather the other day. I pulled it out of my guild bank. And poof!!! Gone. Even says i pulled it out in the history but its gone. Now today i was swapping illabris helms on my bank toon. And my Freaking medium divines DISAPPEARS!!!! Its gone!!! Was pulling it out of the banker and its gone. Not in the inventory or the bank!!!

Anyone else having this issue?

I've not had anything disappear permanently, that I can recall...but, I have noticed on Xbox, sometimes if I deposit something, or split a stack, the item will not show up. But then the moment I remove any other item, that missing item will pop in...kinda goofy.

Not that I've noticed, but the other day I was moving some stuff around and somehow one of my stacks of soul gems had purple (epic) letters so I highlighted it and it showed as heavy divines Iceheart shoulder... one of the items I had just pulled from my bank. I didn't actually lose anything, but it was unsettling.

Yes, I have. But every time it has happened, when I switched back to the original character who put the items in the bank they would be back in it's inventory.

Is it possible it is going to your crafting bag (the leather anyway)?

That said, I have absolutely had items disappear. It happened when I was splitting stacks of items to sell in the guild store. Filing a report in game resulted in my items returned to me by a kindly dev.

Thanks zos support by the way :)

This is a common bug. If you lost something valuable, contact support.

This has happened to me more times that I can possibly count. Most of the times support is able to restore the item, or it just magically shows back up on it's own. There have been times where items disappeared, and support didn't even respond to the ticket I made; never did get those items back. So now days what I do is just keep so much inventory to the point if something does disappear I probably would not even notice (I am always transferring items around between characters, my bank, and a guild bank). At least this way when I lose items it does not royally *** me off. As the old saying goes, what you don't know wont hurt you.
