    Isn't this set only going to activate on lightning staff heavy attacks now though?

    So wouldn't those items be nearly worthless?

    No, it was changed to only activate on the first tick of lightning heavies, instead of all ticks of it. Everything else still procs it.

    I'm specifically looking for 2h melee infused weapon of this set.

    It activated on any light/heavy attack with any weapon.

    By now i got multiple confirmations that 2h melee infused shield breaker weapons indeed exist in the game.

    Therefore if anybody got one please COD to @dorrino on NA for 200k. Thank you!
