Character Creation Help?

Curious for those that really enjoy the process of creating new characters... Do people out there make characters for others that are challenged at doing it?
For example, I send a picture of some character or figure from the internet to "Sue". Sue will to the best of her abilities, create a new character with my requested race and when finished, send the slider presets to me and I can then replicate her finished product.
Anyone do that? Considered it? I'm sure there are those people out there that LOVE customizing stuff like that so figured I'd ask.
