I thought chests were bugged because I never saw any for days on end...but it turns out that's kind of normal since people farm chests and I wasn't aware of this lol.Just returning some video tapes.........0 -

✭✭Games have become too complex, and unless you are playing a 3 hour long linear adventure game.
There will be bugs, bugs everywhere.
Not a reason to tolerate devs not adressering them though, the entire Zenimax family are terrible at nailing bugs and not reintroducing them later or introducing new even worst bugs.
They all also, especially BGS have a history of using terrible game engines. Arkane might be the exception here, but not really, Dishonored 2 had severe issues on PC that went unadressed for a good while.
Whether the HeroEngine is another terrible engine, hard to tell, atleast it isn't Gamebryo.

I didnt think the game was bugged when i first started playing either...
and then they fixed some bug with something & my 1st character went from dealing enough damage to run around the rift doing quests solo (when i was level 20) to getting my arse handed to me in eastmarch!
(i clearly did the quests the wrong way round)0
