Stam Sorc : How much healing is done by Twilight Matriarch ?

From ESO Skill calc, I see that Twilight Matriarch (Morph of Matriarch) has a healing ability.
Can any Stam Sorcs tell me how much approximately healing is done by that ?

✭✭✭✭✭I am fairly certain the twilight matriarch scales off max magicka and maybe spell damage. It should offer a paltry heal for stam, could be wrong.
A stam sorc wanting to self heal would use Crit Surge. If they wanted a pet to self heal them it would be the Unstable Clanfear which heals the caster and the pet for 35% of the casters max health. Probably better for a sorc tank, though still not great.
crit surge offers great survival for a stam sorc.1 -
