@ZOS_GinaBruno Is it possible for an option to be added to convert metric unit measurements into their Imperial/US Customary counterparts? For a game whose theme is based on medieval/fantasy and where use of such units is common and widely spoken of, I find it odd that instead of using feet (such was the case in previous TES games) or perhaps a similarly significant sized yard that the game would instead opt for metric meters.
Not the end of the world if it's not, but it would be nice to use units that both fit in with the game world and are familiar to many players from real life use (as is the case here in the UK and the US).0 -

✭✭✭✭✭OtherI still have one character slot free and I wanted to make a warden. Currently I'm thinking about Nord, Bosmer, Dunmer or Argonian as possible races. The nord because I would have a tanky build in mind, the bosmer because I don't have a Bosmer yet and they are cute, a Dunmer or Argonian because I am in a roleplaying guild with a Telvanni theme.
So basically all of the above depending on the situation.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.0 -

The worlds are the games I play. I try to recreate him to look as much like himself as possible. I was glad that Dunmer have fire resistance but I would have played a dark elf even if they had negative stats so w/e.0 -

Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis2 -

✭✭StatsI am a magblade and I was a High Elf. Which looked very nice. But then, I chose for Dark Elf. I did not like it in the first place (Appearance). But the stats were alright. So after tweaking and tweaking. She is pretty again. I think you should go for STATS because you can make it pretty if you wish. But if you do not like cats, do not make argonians. Jk, I mean. Khajiit is not my thing, nor Argonian. I have a Stamblade too but from STATS the Kahjiit is better. But no big difference as a Redguard for example.
Redguard better than Khajiit nowadays. ^^@ Izaki #PCEU

For me, the racial is very important.
I play mostly ranged characters, so that's either a magsorc or magwarden.
So, I go with high elf for the magicka. Also play a magplar now and then, and usually opt for an imperial.
Looks are secondary as I will adjust those as I'm building the new character.

And what makes it fun for any person is highly individual... for some its having the "perfect stats", for others its having the "perfect looks" for others still its having the "perfect backstory"...

StatsI chose stats because unlike the solo ES games, stats do affect your choices more here. I used to play an Argonian assassin for the water breathing (so imagine how bummed I was that this didn't exit here) so I was a deadly water based attacker :P This time around I went with Khajiit (not that I mind their appearance) because their racial abilities were more in line with what I wanted to do. And, as far as the MMO aspect goes, a couple of my characters race were chosen because of stat recommendations so I could fit into a certain role easier.0
