Ill probably spend the last minutes in my house. (contemplating the hundreds of dollars spent on it, down the drain) decorating a giant goodbye in the sky. make some fireworks with a bunch of gems and take a screenshot.
then sit and cry for awhile.
and then constantly think about the game and everything i could be doing in it while mustering up the joy to try a new game and get as attached to that as I am to this one.

Yes you has not have new content for many years by then, however just keeping some old servers running don't cost much.
In fact most of us here will just read about it having moved on many years ago, some will reinstall the game and mess around but not many, as it was so long ago.
The only MMO who shut down fast is total flops, typical underfunded and bland wow clones developed after wow success and was probably more about getting investor money.
Yes, you have some who shut down while still making some money, this is because the licence expires as in Star wars galaxies or then the developer want to push you to an new game, not uncommon in Korean MMO, this is not relevant for ESO.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.2 -
