Can't say I've ever used this set, so I'm unsure of its mechanics. Is the poison proc based on a per enemy cooldown (multiple instances) or is the effect itself on a cooldown? (one instance)
TBH, if it is the latter, I think this set should be buffed to allow it to proc on multiple enemies as long as the enemy hasn't been afflicted with the DoT in the time since the cooldown.
