I have spent all day on the Wrothgard quest. Up to the point where I talk to the messenger and he is suppose to give me a letter which tells me where the wood elf is. Quest states "Read the letter in your inventory" There is no letter in my inventory.......I log out and back in again.....still no letter......Like most MMO's when this sort of thing happens I deleted the quest thinking I will just ask him again and get the letter. I'm sure it was just a little bug. Can't find the guy to get the quest now. Think to myself alright, guess I will file a support ticket and try to do something else until it is resolved. Once I select the appropriate category for my issue it blatantly says ......Yes I can restart the quest by deleting it but it means I have to start from scratch..

Are you [snip] kidding me? There is no save point throughout the quests? An entire day of work gone? This is totally unacceptable

✭Did you check the "quest"-tab of your inventory (a quest related item will not be listet in the "all"-tab).
PS: Swearing on a forum, adressing strangers may leave a slight chance you are viewed as a "nagging 3yr old" in future.

Insandros✭✭✭✭Maybe you'Re just overexagerating a bit, usualy when you delete a quest/cance, i makes you restart the part of the chain quest/quest you were on, not entirely... done it a few times.. if you can't find the qquest giver, most likely google can, don't blame anyone or anything cuz you didn't think about noting down the quest name before canceling it....0 -

✭✭✭✭✭If you don't find the note inside your quest items , send in a support ticket and they can fix the bug and check your progress . The people that help with those work 24/7 so you should get support this weekend .1 -

I have a feeling that since you were on a chain-quest, you will have to start from the very first quest giver. Try that guy. If not, send a bug report. Or post in the bug report forum.Gan Xing - Crafting Nightblade
