I shows 1/2 of research but will not let me research the second one

The issue is on a blacksmith and I disabled all my addons and it still gets the same problem

This is a known issue introduced by 3.1.5, I think that it is being fixed by today's patch (not seen the patch notes yet though).

As mentioned by @WyndStryke , this is a known issue that should be resolved by today's patch as posted by Gina here.

it has not been solved. Come on....
To be able to research things quick is one of the reasons i pay my sub.

This issue was not resolved in the latest update. This bug is still being investigated and a fix is being worked on. More updates can be found here in the Bug Report forum.
