I was stealing in the upper floor at the inn at Rawl-Kwa, waiting for dungeon grouping. I found some nice stuff, an rare blue recipe and an blue blueprint.
I had to wait for roaming npc to move out of way so I looked in other containers going back and the loot was gone, some civilian clothing long gloves was still there in another container but the good stuff was gone?
I was alone on second floor and container loot is instanced

Essentially it's the second one. There's like some hidden timer or something that is set off when you open a container. It doesn't bother me too much tho since going back to the character select screen refreshes all of the containers.PC - NACP 1125
