Execute damage from Mage's Wrath does not proc if cast from multiple sorcs

When multiple sorcerers are casting mages wrath on a single target, IF those casts are synchronized (meaning multiple sorcs casting at the same time), the bonus execute damage proc will ONLY fire off for one of the casting sorcerers.

Specifically, the "If the enemy falls to or below 20% health within 4 seconds, an explosion deals an additional x shock damage to them and y shock damage to other enemies near by.'

This execute 'proc' does work on the endless fury morph of mages fury and we did not test the un morphed version.

Steps to reproduce:

Have at least 3 sorcs in a group (3 because its easier to see the sync with 3 or more than just 2)
we tested on the possessed mantikora in normal sanctum ophidia
damage boss to below 20% health
have all the sorcs start casting mages wrath
it will be seen that on casts that hit the manti at the same time, only one of the sorcs will receive the bonus execute damage and the rest will merely see the base damage of the skill

When we followed the same steps as above, using endless fury, all sorcs always saw the bonus damage numbers on their screen.

This is on PS4 NA, so no addons or anything to confuse the testing.

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno

I wanted to come back to this bug report and add in a video that we made of the issue. I know this was happening on PC as well (haven't retested since morrowind pts however). But this is as of Wednesday (8/16/17) night on PS4.

I can confirm that this has existed since Homestead (at least) when we got combat dummies on console and were able to see this happening clearly.

In the video, you will see that if multiple sorcs are casting mages wrath at the same time on a single target, only one of the sorcs will get the bonus explosion damage.

WIth buff trackers on, you can see when I am going to receive the bonus explosion damage as an enemy debuff icon for the mages wrath explosion shows up. I am assuming the system does not allow that debuff to stack, hence why only one sorc will receive the bonus.

Man, I can't even tell when the are multiple sorcs in a fight. Every blasts, wrath, whatever, are so fast. Lightning, flames being dropped on the adds and boss from everywhere.. how can you keep track of your damage output?!

@Wrobel hopefully you can weigh in here.

I'm actually not sure if this is intended behavior or not and would love to have a ruling either way.

Are multiple sorcs supposed to be able to cast mages wrath on the same target and all receive the bonus damage explosion?

I know that the skill allows it on the unmorphed and endless fury versions. It seems that only the mages wrath (aoe explosion) morph does not not work.

    Thanks for checking
