So I understand, *** happens. Unscheduled maintenance is apart of any MMO. But this is the second time in two days, and this time (and some what last time) ZoS has not made any announcement, no thread, no nothing. I find this to be very appalling. The first thing that should have been done when they shut the server down was have a team on communication and publicity.. This is looks pretty bad on you guys..

All we want to know is what is going on and why. If you can't disclose that information then say so. Bad news is better than no news. And not only does the silence show a lack of professionalism, it frustrates the community you have built and ultimately ruins their playing experience which should be your top priority.
