So 18.2k is the cap...
Veli or kragh. Selenes is better in PvP, wouldn't bother in Pve. You lay down too many dots that won't proc it.
Mephala is more for Stam DK who can benefit from heavy attacking.

Personally I like Slimecraw, especially if you aren't good with rotation, since they changed the first bonus to 833 spell and weapon crit and a 8% weapon damage bonus at all times it seems like a great set, at least for a noob like me :P

So i guess ESO is all about PvE then?

If I'm not mistaken, Slimecraw gives you the Minor Berzerker (8% more damage) buff, which is the same as your Relentless Focus, and as they are the same buffs, they don't stack.

oh...
so hundings is better than NMG with spriggan?

In my experience, Swarm Mother is good IF you like heavy attacking (any heavy attack, bow, dw, etc.). Seems to reliably proc on heavy attacks, slows the enemy or mob, does DoT, etc. Use it. If you don't like it, get something else when able to try something else.
Selenes. I personally do not like this set as it can actually MISS hitting the target too often. Only good against slow or stationary enemies, or maybe snared enemies if it'll proc on them.
Velidreth. I like this set. Each spore ball can do it's own damage. If enemy moves left/right or backwards, as long as you are facing them, it'll most likely hit it. Against mobs in a cluster, facing them almost guarantees some/all will contact one.
Krag'h. They removed a bunch of penetration for some arbitrarily stupid reason. It does minimal damage, and requires a persistent routine to keep it procing. i.e. Flurry attack, light, flurry, etc. This was a good set when procs could crit. Now it stinks like every other bad nerf.
NONE OF THESE SETS DO THEIR TOOL TIP LISTED DAMAGE unless you are able to actually get through their defense. IGNORE DPS meters. Those are timed and average your damage against a timer by dividing values. Stop briefly in a fight and meter value plummets. Pay more attention to the total damage done, OR pay more attention to actual damage numbers. i.e. doing 10k damage or 30k crit damage, etc. on a hit or 2 is more realistic.
