To answer your question, that all depends on the problem they are having with the server is it the software side or hardware side
- software is there a tec there that can fix it or is he/she getting in to the car and driving there .......
- hardware is there still a spare hamster left or do they need to get one shipped in from Walmart ......life? life's pretty much a knife fight in a dirt-floored bar. and if they get you down, you best get back up. you can't outrun death forever, but you can make the *** work for it.1 -

I decided to return to the game and bought Morrowind yesterday to check it out. ✭✭✭✭✭I decided to return to the game and bought Morrowind yesterday to check it out. Didn't get much of a chance to play, because my account was entirely wiped, empty, no characters, pets, mounts, crowns, nothing that I know I used to have.
Ignoring the crown balance for now, are you sure you're logged into the correct server? Check whether you're on NA or EU when you log in next.

Actually he is-- he paid for 30 days of time, 2 of those days have been nullified, he is entitled to at least 2 days compensation for paid services not provided. That's... sort of the idea of a subscription. In all such games.4 -

No, it's not normal. I have played for the past 3 months, I play about every other day and not at peak playing times, and this is the first time I've seen it go down unexpectedly for "maintenance" after a crash. I've seen traces in the forums a handful of times about major crashes, but they were all resolved by the time I tried to log in. This is the first time in three months that I've been prevented from playing during a time that I would normally be playing.0 -

✭i recall when my wow server went down, and it seemed everyone logged onto a different server to voice their concerns. a few hundred lvl 1 dwarves standing around and 1 high lvl horde shows up and it was on like donkey kong. there was a mountain of dwarven corpses piled high around this guy. it was close to the respawn point so people just kept coming back, again and again and again.1 -

ESO+ is subject to same terms an conditions of the game. So therefore....
