Got some good footage last night of our guild fighting with another. Chain of events created quite a nice story. People seem to like these videos so thought I'd post the next one. We were fighting RAM a lot and they are an awesome guild to fight!

Some Nice fights dude. I liked the ones around 9.00 the most.

Your build is interesting, is it based more on the support end or focused healing? or a bit of everything?

I made it as a healer. I originally had a Templar. But Warden's have better resource management and could put out powerful heals. So I was able to put a lot of the build into higher spell power/magicka then I switched a bar to dps. I heal primarily then dps when it's needed. But in this video I'm pretty aggressive:)

I'm going to put out a build video but would rather wait until after patch.

    Thanks for the comment!

I thought it was a healer build. Warden healing has a lot to offer, a balance of warden / templars healers is definitely important. I am surprised to not see healing springs on your staff bar though? that is the only change I would personally make but that's not to say its necessarily better. you don't think its worth it?

No I use budding seeds it's basically instant cast and can heal up to 15k on a crit. I am a healer, I can just dps as well. I could go full heals but I would lose a lot of utility I think.

Budding Seeds is a very bad heal for 2 resons.
1: you have to keep in mind that you need to activate it twice to actually heal with it, meaning you could cast 2 other skills in this time. If you want to burst-heal it's better to cast 2x Blessing of Restoration or Enchanted Growth.
2: Hitting for 15k is only good if the person you heal is missing 15k health.

The reason why Healing Springs is by far the best heal is because it is a heal over time. You can cast healing springs before the group takes damage and as soon as someone loses health he will get healed up by the springs that are already down. The goal of a healer in raid is not to heal injured people to full health, but to prevent anyone from dropping low in the first place. If you want to see the difference, have someone spam Spell Symmetry while you heal him with a) Budding Seeds b) Healing Springs. The springs will instantly outheal the Spell Sym whereas the Seeds will still have the persons healthbar moving visibly.

if you take a close look at the fights in your video, especially the healthbars of people in your group most of the time in situations where people are lowhealth you are struggling yourself and can't get a reliable heal off with Budding Seed because you are standing behind an obstacle or mistforming.

I don't necessarily disagree with what you are saying but budding seeds is an AOE heal that crits much higher than even breath of life. It's also not a resource drain. The other advantage is you can put it down and wait for their health bars to drop then hit it. Yes it is hard sometimes getting it off on specific targets. But I see it as more proactive vs reactive healing. I'm sure what you are missing here is that people are often at full health because of the budding seeds. The fact you see people at low health when I am in mist form or not able to cast is a testament to how well it does when I am able to cast it ie. when I am casting it people are at full health. The combat statistics has me healing upwards of 15 million heals sometimes. Anyway food for thought. I will try healing springs as I think the synergy will work well. It obviously has it's downsides. YOu can't target people when they are at low health like Breath of Life will. So I don't see it as the emergency heals, or getting someone out of trouble heals. I see it as keeping people at full health. This is not atypical of a number of other MMO's that often have this kind if distinction in their healer classes.
