Hooooray! DW Users have no way to reliably use their 2nd Enchantment!

Twin Slashes has been Ninja Nerfed to no longer proc the off-hand enchantment, but only the main-hand! No longer will DW be OP in PvP!

(You might also note in this video that the Berserker enchantment is not proccing from DW Skills, only light and heavy attacks)

Your off-hand will still proc lower than normal , so same old same old unless you had Twin Slashes in your rotation. (Which upped the number of times your off-hand procced)

Duel-Wields strength was weaving duel-wield abilities with light attacks to proc both enchants anyway. All this changes is your niche twin slashes spam build.

My ganking combo is still uneffected by this change. Heavy>Incap>Light>Execute still proc's both enchants.

It also doesnt stop Duel Wielders from using longer cooldown enchants on off-hand since uptime of it is lower now that its only light/heavy attacks proc'ing it while main hand is off cooldown.

Would be nice if Duel Wield heavy attacks proc'd both though.

Ganking, sure. But generally I'd place the weapon/spell damage enchant on my off-hand and use twin slashes to proc it, leading to more total damage from the main-hand enchant.

And yes, it would be nice if DW heavy attacks could proc both.
