Is the two piece on these sets increased in horns of the reach as they are on other sets? Or have they remained the same?

No other endgame gear was updated to VR16. I still have a hatred of these sets because of that.3 -

Yeah they started at about 300k and leveled out around 160k. A disgusting abuse of the economy just to force people to buy the Imperial Chitty DLC and grind for gear at a higher gear cap.2
