ESO has had many bugs that make many things dysfunctional. For instance as part of the PvP event we were forced to wait 4 days until the achievement was made complete -able. So why now? Out of all the times. I do not intend to roast ZoS, but if this post does do that, sorry, not sorry. But really I am curious. What protocol or whatever is in place that warrants this?
