Spell critical incorrect value

Just bringing to attention an issue I had noticed with my spell critical
On Xbox
Gear: 648 × 2 = 6.18
Mundas stone= 14.3 with 4 divine pieces
Light armor pass= 10.4
Champion pnt pass= 12
Base spell crit = 10
Equals. = 52.88%
My character is only showing 35.1%
This is all calculated with 648 = 3.09. Also went over my set up with another MAGSORC wearing exact same gear, passives and champ points.
