I'm not sure what the deal is here, but the value for the shield drops at times. I've seen the value for the shield in the description go from 8600 to I think 4600 at times., or roughly thereabouts.

    I've been in Cyro. Haven't been paying attention to where I've seen the changes tbh. Usually sleep deprived and seeing doubles and I'll notice it's values have changed when scrolling inventory. Are you saying it gets a debuff in PvP?

    Damage shield are reduced by 50% in PvP.
