Probably a noob question about the non-cp campaign Sotha Sil

I just logged into Sotha Sil for the first time with my new character. I noticed that my max magicka was reduced by about 5000, my spell crit by 6%, and my max stamina by about 1100. I don't think battle spirit affects these stats, and there are no cps that increase magicka or stamina. So where are these reductions coming from? Sorry if I am overlooking something obvious, I'm just trying to get to the bottom of it.

✭✭Every point spent into cp increases the corresponding stat related to that color.
Its not really conveyed or explained in game but that is what you are seeing.1
