What's the timeline for these houses to come back around? If anyone knows. I won't be able to afford Hikkvilds house currently, even though I really want it...so I'll have to wait until next time it comes around to get it...BUT even the grand topal hideaway hasn't come back out since its original release. So...are these houses only available once, or what?

As of now, never. No limited house has come back around.

✭If the house is limited time, they generally have a big giant "X Days Left!" on the house icon in the store, so it looks like this one's safe. You can work up to it.
